Now entering their twentieth year in business, they called on us to help them improve their brand image and increase patient cases. Initially, we conducted a brand audit and discovered a deep need for a comprehensive approach. As a result, we achieved and surpassed their goals in three phases.
The first phase included developing a new company vision and mission, a new business development strategy, internal strategy implementation, and sales team training.
The second phase was a brand update which included a website redesign, collateral redesign, hospital signage, identity design, photography, video production, and other visual assets and touchpoints.
The third and last phase, increase patient cases, had a multi-strategy digital marketing initiative incorporating extensive Google ad campaigns, targeted social media marketing, online reputation management, and post-campaign auditing and management.
As a result of our strategy and execution, MVS improved customer communication, increased efficiency, and reported an increase in production and sales of almost 30% ( an approximate $1.2 million) increase in revenue for the year.
